Will DiscRotate run under Mac OS 10.4 Tiger?
Yes. DiscRotate v0.4 is a open beta for Tiger. Please report any bugs you encounter.

A launchd daemon that periodically sets the drive speed.

Head to the Tracker system.
My drive is not responding to DiscRotate?!
Not all optical drives are supported, use DiscRotateTester to see if you get different min/max speed values.
